32898 is the number of the 3. Kompanie Korps-Nachrichten-Abteilung 426. The Korps-Nachrichten-Abteilung 426 consisted of 4 Companies ans was part of the XXVI Armeekorps. The XXVI Armeekorps was as part of the Armee Abteilung Narwa, March 1944 active in Narva. July 1944 this Korps, then part of the 3rd Panzerarmee by Heeresgruppe Mitte, moved to Lithuania. September 1944: the Korps, now part of the 4th Armee to Eastern Prussia.
During the German occupation also two postage stamps have a picture of Narva: mi. 7 and mi. 9, issued September 29, 1941.
The stamps mi. 4-9 were issued for the benefit of a fund for reconstruction of the country.
